I'm having trouble signing in. Can you guys help me out?
Are my website account and store account the same?
- No. At the moment, they're different accounts in different systems, but we encourage you to use the same email address on both to make the synchronization process easier down the road.
How can I delete my website account?
- You can delete your account by clicking the Delete Account link on your profile page. If you're having trouble with this process, please send an email to email@example.com from the email address on your account and we'll take care of it.
How do I submit a data removal request?
Do you offer a military discount in your store?
- Yes! We offer a 10% discount for Military and First Responders through ID.me at checkout.
Do you offer International Shipping?
- At the moment, we ship only to the United States and Canada.

Can Steve take me hunting / fishing?
- We appreciate the interest (and Steve does too), but unfortunately, that's not something we can offer.
Can I invite the MeatEater Crew to come hunt / fish?
- Thanks very much for thinking of us, but our hunting and fishing calendars are full. We sincerely appreciate the thought.
Can you help name this animal, track, scat, rock, artifact, etc? Is this safe to eat?
- We'd love to help, but it's best for you to contact your local wildlife / fisheries biologists, DNR / FWP, game wardens, archeologists, etc.
Can Steve give me a shout on Cameo, come to my wedding, autograph my book / photo?
- We get a lot of requests like this and unfortunately, it's just not something we can accomodate given Steve's extremely busy schedule.
