This last week has been crazy as I’ve been frantically running from property to property wrapping up my pre-season projects. Food plots, tree stands, trail cameras, ground blinds – I’ve been working on it all. And in today’s vlog I share a quick update on all those projects, as well as peak at my latest velvet footage, including another look at the buck that might potentially be Holyfield!
With the whitetail rut in the rear-view mirror, it’s time to move on to the next phase of the season. Today I walk through three high-level pointers to keep in mind for hunting the post-rut.

Last week I headed to central Nebraska for a four day hunt on a property I’d never set foot on. When we arrived, Andy and I were surprised to see it was much different than expected. But on the first day, we were able to adjust our game plan and find some deer. It ended with me arrowing one of my best bucks to date from the ground without a blind.
