David Willms
David Willms is Associate Vice President, Public Lands for the National Wildlife Federation and an adjunct professor at the University of Wyoming where he teaches classes in Wildlife Law and the Endangered Species Act. David is an avid hunter, angler, backpacker, peak-bagger and supporter of public lands. He lives in southeast Wyoming with his wife and three children.
