Janis Putelis
Is the producer of the Netflix Original Series MeatEater and co-host of The MeatEater Podcast. An avid outdoorsman, Putelis spent over a decade as a professional hunting and fishing guide before coming to work at MeatEater, Inc. He lives in Bozeman, Montana with his wife and two daughters.

Janis Putelis is the Director and Executive Producer of the Netflix Original series MeatEater and co-host of The MeatEater Podcast. Before joining MeatEater in 2012, Putelis spent over a decade guiding hunting and fishing trips in Colorado, Arizona, and Mexico and three years in a professional kitchen.
Steven Rinella is an outdoorsman, author, and the founder of MeatEater. Rinella is the host of the television show and podcast MeatEater as well as The History Channel’s Hunting History with Steven Rinella. The author of more than a dozen books, many of them New York Times bestsellers, Rinella was born in Twin Lake, Michigan, and now lives in Montana with his wife and three kids.
