Dom Savio, MeatEater DP, was just showing off the new elk antler coat rack that he made for his place. I asked him to share a few photos and to draw up a diagram. It’s a nifty design and plenty strong. You can’t eat the antlers, but at least you can hang your dinner jacket on them!
A clarification from Dom: If it’s not clear the antler rests on the lag bolts and the mounting board rests on the drywall screws, none of the pieces are permanently fixed.
